Montlaur Public Hangout

I've been wandering in mainland SL; in my walking paths across SL public roads, I find some cute little spots, sometimes little parcels, sometimes - like in this case - a sim and a half, in mainland as well, right next to Route 8c. 

 Let me show you a little bit of  Montlaur Public Hangout, owned by Mili Miklos. The time that was spent in building this place is just amazing, plus the creativity, of course. I would love to actually live here. It's like a small town, where you can, for instance, get a gelatto with your friends.

Or ... go to the cinema.

'Oh, I'd rather hang out in a swimming pool, having a cocktail'. Well, you got it!

'I'm more of a night owl, club type of person, with my crew'. Perfect! There you go!

Sometimes, you want to dine out and you don't know where to go, with your loved one? Maybe here? Very elegant fine dining place.

'I really love a chill out place, kind of a zen type of place'. Well, they got you at their SPA, massage parlour and really zen area.

There is another zen space in the property - the Urban SPA - where you can meditate, do your yoga practice (and even your ballet training, if you wish).

If you're a bubble tea type of person or a coffee one (I'm a coffee person, for sure), you have your spot here.

There is a connection to the water, as well, through their sports area - where you can enjoy an amazing swimming pool - or the marina, to enjoy the ocean.

'I love live music!' Do you? There is also a club where live artists can play.

These are just examples of the spots you can enjoy at Montlaur Public Hangout. The creativity behind it, the time spent building it for the rest of us to enjoy is really something! Some people aren't really expecting to make money from SL, it's just their way to share their vision and provide a place for all of us to enjoy. I have a soft spot for people like this.
